Farley is an adorable beagle. He was found as a stray by a young couple. They couldn't find the owner and decided to keep him. But they ended up moving and couldn't take him with them. Farley came to us extremely overweight. He is on a diet and exercise program now. He also has a very bad ear infection which we are treating.

Farley is good with dogs, cats and kids. He has such a sweet little personality. His tail wags when he sees people. Farley is very laid back and would love a retired/older or laid back human family. UPDATE: 11/15/09 Farley has lost four pounds and his ear infections is completely cleared up, yeah!! He is happy, healthy and ready to find his forever home!

UPDATE 12-08-09 Well, Farley is still waiting for that family that doesn't mind that he is an older, laid back gentleman. Farley worries that because of his age no one will want him. His foster mom assures him a kind hearted person will come along who sees the beauty is a senior like him.

UPDATE 1-4-2010 Yesterday Farley went to a grade school to meet 80 fourth grade kids. He was so excited he wagged his tail non stop! He stole the show for sure. He is such a good boy.

Update 4/7/10 Farley has started going on walks again, now that the weather has let up. He so enjoys taking a casual stroll around the block, so many smells, and things to see. Once we return home, plop, on the soft cushy bed in front of the fireplace. Ahhh, nap time!
