Thanks To Pet Food Pantry Volunteers

Thanks To Pet Food Pantry Volunteers

The new Lake County Pet Food Pantry is off to a smooth and easy start thanks to Kevin and Laura of Central Bark, Grayslake, who provide the space and help with all aspects of running the pantry and Shelley S., the new manager of the Pantry, for her hard work. They are enthusiastically leading the project and sharing their vision of helping as many Lake County residents “keep their pets at home” as possible.

Thanks goes out too to Chris R. for offering her help volunteering at the pantry and Spay and Stay’s volunteers for their assistance in getting the project off the ground and their continual support.

The Lake County Pet Food Pantry is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9-noon at Central Bark in Grayslake.  For more information on how to qualify or to drop off donations please contact us.

If you are interested in volunteering for the Pantry please fill out a volunteer application on our web site.
