Please join us for our annual fall dinner fundraiser scheduled for Saturday December 1 at 6:00 p.m. I hope you will join us. This year the theme is “Appreciating The Little Things.” It’ll be at the Libertyville Civic Center. We’ll have delicious food. We prepare plant-based, healthy food for everyone. Of course they’ll be some things to eat that aren’t necessarily healthy…but you gotta live a little too!! We’ll have a gluten-free dish as well. So plenty for everyone. See menu below.
That night we’ll also have music, a special video presentation, raffle drawings, a live auction and my speech, “Appreciating The Little Things.” It’ll be amazing! The cost to come is $30.00 per person. 100% of the profits for that night will go to help the animals in our care and help us continue to provide educational programs.
Also, I’ll let you in on a little secret…this year I have increased the challege of getting people to our dinner fundraiser over 100%. YIKES…kind of scary to think about it but I am up to the challenge. Will you help me by coming and bringing some people and sharing??
Last year we had about 75 people there. This year we want 200 people there. Why? Well, certainly the more people coming and participating the more money we make so we can keep doing what we are doing. That’s really good enough. But another reason is that my bucket list item at this time is to give an inspirational speech to at least 200 people. So I figure it’s a win-win. I get to give an inspirational speech AND I am speaking for a good cause! PLUS it helps our animals, as well as helps us to continue to provide educational services.
