So…this poor guy has another hurdle to jump. He has heartworm. He was at the vet for his neuter and tested him for heartworm and it came back positive. We’ve decided to have him neutered, and then we will start the long process of dealing with the heartworm after that. Treatment is very expensive and we need your help. They estimate the cost at $1,500.00. It starts with medication for 30 days, and is followed with three injections and rest over a period of time. This beautiful boy has been through a lot and deserves to be healthy and happy. Please consider making a donation for Samson’s heartworm treatment.
